Privacy notice

This website is operated by Global Application Consulting Services, an independent provider of GFEBS training. This notice explains what information the site collects and how it is used.

Information you send us

When you submit the training or quote request form, we receive what you enter: organization or unit, point of contact and official email, plus any optional details you add (phone, number of students, location preference, topics, experience level, preferred dates and comments). The form is sent to us by email through our email delivery provider, and we use it to respond to your request and arrange training.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used, for example which pages are viewed, which request buttons are clicked, and whether a request was sent (its type and the topics chosen; never your name, email or the other details you type). Analytics is on by default and sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_*. Advertising cookies and ad personalization are turned off.

You can turn analytics off at any time by choosing “Decline” on the cookie notice, or later through “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. We remember that choice in your browser, stop sending analytics data, and delete the analytics cookies this site set. Declining does not affect your use of the site. Google handles analytics data under its privacy policy, and you can also opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's browser add-on.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to operate and secure the site.
